Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched from Geelong, Victoria, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post unless otherwise specified.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a notification email denoting the estimated delivery time frame and tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping charges are dependent on the size, thickness and weight of the order.


Orders that weigh less than 200g and are under 20mm thick can be sent as a large letter for AUD3.50 without tracking. Please note that if this option is chosen, a Parcel Locker should not be entered as the shipping address as Australia Post will forward it on to your recorded residential address, resulting in delays.

Tracked options are outlined below:


-  0g to 500g: AUD9.50

-  500g to 1kg: AUD12.50

-  1kg to 2kg: AUD16.00


-  0 to 500g: AUD12.50

-  500g to 1kg: AUD16.50

-  1kg to 2kg: AUD20.00

In general, standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days whereas express delivery takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. Please note that there might be delays during busy periods such as Christmas and the New Year. You can use Australia Post's postage and delivery time calculator to get an estimate using your postcode.


Please note that baby bibs and quilts DO NOT SHIP outside of Australia.

Orders that are under 20mm thick can be sent as a large letter without tracking at the following charges:

- 0g to 50g: AUD4.00

- 50g to 125g: AUD9.00

-125g to 250g: AUD14.00

Tracked options are outlined below:

- 0g to 500g: AUD24.00

As tracked shipping charges may vary slightly from country to country, a refund will be issued if there are any overcharges. For international orders that are over these weight brackets, please email me at to get a shipping quote.

In general, standard international delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks due to unexpected circumstances such as delays in custom clearance.

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


I will happily accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund. All items must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, otherwise, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless faulty.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are faulty. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

In the case of a missing parcel, a refund will be issued only if a tracked option was selected.

I am happy to cancel ready to ship orders if it has not been dispatched. After this point, you will need to accept delivery and then return the order in accordance with our Refunds & Returns policy.

In the case of a custom or personalised order, you may cancel if I have yet to place an order for any materials specific to your order or if I have not started making the items. After this point, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned after delivery.
